By visiting our website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the website or purchase our products.

Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform through which we sell our products.

4. Lash-lift products and safe use

Some products sold through our website are intended for trained or qualified beauty professionals. Products marked “professional use only” must not be purchased or used by anyone who lacks the training, qualifications or insurance required in their location.

Before using any product, you must:

• Read and follow its label, instructions, warnings and storage requirements

• Check its ingredients and suitability for the intended user

• Complete any patch or sensitivity test specified by the manufacturer within the recommended timeframe

• Observe all contraindications and discontinue use if irritation or an adverse reaction occurs

• Keep products away from children and avoid direct contact with the eyes unless the product instructions expressly state otherwise

• Use products only for their stated purpose and before their expiry date or within the stated period after opening

A patch test cannot guarantee that an allergic reaction will not occur. Seek appropriate medical assistance if a serious or continuing reaction develops.

You must not use a product if its packaging or safety seal is damaged, its expiry date has passed, or its appearance or condition suggests that it may have been contaminated or improperly stored.

6. Product information and availability

We take reasonable care to present product descriptions, ingredients, colours, packaging and images accurately. Screen settings and manufacturing updates may cause minor differences. Packaging may change without notice where the product itself remains materially the same.

All products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities, withdraw products or stop selling to particular locations where reasonably necessary, including for legal, safety or supply reasons.

We reserve the right to correct genuine errors in product information, availability or pricing.

7. Orders

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. Your order is accepted only when we send confirmation that it has been accepted or dispatched, depending on our checkout process.

We may change our prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders we have already accepted, except where the original price was an obvious error that a reasonable customer would have recognised.

9. Delivery

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed unless we expressly agree to a guaranteed delivery service. Events outside our reasonable control, including courier disruption, customs delays, severe weather or supply interruption, may affect delivery.

Nothing in this section limits any delivery rights available to you under applicable consumer law.

10. Returns, cancellations and refunds

Returns, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable consumer law.

Certain sealed products may not be eligible for return after opening where they are unsuitable for return for genuine health-protection or hygiene reasons. This does not affect your rights if a product is faulty, damaged, unsafe, not as described or otherwise fails to meet legal requirements.

11. Promotions and discount codes

Promotions and discount codes may be subject to separate conditions. Unless otherwise stated:

• Codes cannot be exchanged for cash

• Only one code may be used per order

• Codes cannot be applied retrospectively

• Promotions are available only during the stated period and while stock lasts

We may refuse or cancel a discount obtained through fraud, misuse or a technical error.

We are not responsible for loss caused by:

• Using a product contrary to its label, instructions, warnings or stated purpose

• Ignoring contraindications or required safety procedures

• Use by an untrained person where a product is marked for professional use only

• Unauthorised modification, contamination or improper storage

• An event outside our reasonable control, except where the law provides otherwise

We do not exclude responsibility for a product that is unsafe, defective or not as described.

If you purchase products wholly or mainly for business use, we will not be liable for loss of profit, revenue, business, opportunity, goodwill or anticipated savings, to the extent permitted by law.

Your statutory cancellation or refund rights remain unaffected.

If we do not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not prevent us from enforcing it later.

These Terms are governed by the laws of ENGLAND
